  NOOOOOOO! I just got the permanent peace treaty bug in my game! I had already taken out 3 civs and I had all my units lined up at Bismark's borders and I was ready to attack and . . . :(
  
  Is there any way to fix this or do I have to wait for a patch to finish my game?
