Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for PC

How was this game? Is it decent on PC? I remember hearing issues at PC launch for GTA4.

Also I only have an e8400 / 2gb ram / ATI 5770, will it play decently on this?

I ask because I see it for sale on steam for 14.99 and am rather tempted to buy. Let me know :P

      No, they are both shorter and better. There is a lot of filler in the original GTA IV.
