Ubisoft has shown off the fancy use for Wii U's tablet in Rayman Legends, an extra character named Murphy who helps control the environment.

After whispers and domain registrations, a Rayman Origins sequel is now all but formally confirmed by a leaked trailer for Rayman Legends. That gorgeous art style returns, and the game has some fancy uses for the Wii U's NFC tech too.

Rayman 3's HD revamp has been dated. On March 21st, the classic PS2-era platformer will be getting a high-def makeover on both Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.

Only Tuesday I was lamenting the fact that Rayman Origins seemed to be on every platform but PC, and it would seem that Ian Ubisoft heard my cries. Ubisoft Montpellier's charming jump 'em up will leap onto PC on March 29 for $30, it was announced today.

Rayman Origins leaping onto 3DS in March

If you've been all excited about Rayman Origins but, somehow, the only gaming platform you own is a Nintendo 3DS, your wait is almost at an end. UBIart's charming platformer will be released for 3DS on March 20, Ubisoft announced today.

Rayman Origins demo coming next week

Ubisoft has announced that the Rayman Origins demo will be available on November 8th on PlayStation Network, November 9th on Xbox Live.
