Wargame: Airland Battle trailer details dynamic campaign

The classic RTS campaign is a stodgy affair, with mission following mission and maybe a side-mission or two if you're lucky. R.U.S.E. developer Eugen Systems has gone a little more exciting with its next game Wargame: AirLand Battle, using a dynamic campaign where you can hit regions across the campaign map as you please, but each decision has a consequence.

Publisher Focus Home Interactive today announced it's picked up Contrast, a puzzle-platformer where you can shift into shadow to pass obstacles in the unreal world.

Magrunner debut trailer reveals sci-fi Lovecraftian puzzling

Spiders Studio announced Bound by Flame today, an action RPG targeting PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 for late 2013. The story focuses around a mercenary possessed by a flame demon, and decisions over whether to let the demon take more control will have an effect on the hero's appearance and powers.

Wargame: AirLand Battle invades Scandinavia

War! Huah! Yeah. What is it good for? Video games! Eugen Systems likes it so much they named their game Wargame: European Escalation after it, and now a sequel's on its way. Publisher Focus Home Interactive today announced that Wargame: AirLand Battle will come to PC in 2013, prettied up with "a level of detail never before seen in a real-time strategy game."

Publisher Focus Home Interactive yesterday announced that Farming Simulator 2013 will come to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, as well as PC. Maybe consoleers will get in on the fun of making absurd parody videos too.

Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition announced for PC

The classic football-fantasy crossover is getting another release: Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition. The new title coming to PC will feature three new races, for a total of 23 in all. As the name would imply, one of those races is the Chaos Dwarves, an anticipated faction addition for long-time fans.

Confrontation bringing wargame to PC in April

Cyanide Studio did a decent job of turning a tabletop game into a video game with Blood Bowl, and soon we'll get to see its stab at another adaptation in Confrontation. Based on the vintage miniatures wargame by Rackham, it's coming to PC on April 5, publisher Focus Home Interactive announced today.

Origin signs on seven more publishers

Origin signs on seven more publishers

EA's Origin distribution service has been busy signing on even more third-party publishers to distribute through the channel. The company has now announced an additional seven publishers, including Remedy Entertainment of Alan Wake fame. Remedy will be bringing the title to Origin as part of the deal.

Following a string of screenshots, publisher Focus Home Interactive has released the debut trailer, packing two minutes of in-game goodies.

Following Mario, one of five brothers in the Mangano family, you must avenge the death of your youngest sibling. What's the hitch, you ask? Your murdered brother, who was just named as head of your family's crime syndicate, was killed by your remaining siblings in a battle for power. The annual Mangano reunion is going to be so awkward.

A Game of Thrones: Genesis, the RTS based on the best-selling series from George R. R. Martin, is launching later this month. Though we've seen a handful of in-game screens for the title, today publisher Focus Home Interactive has released a new trailer featuring the game in action.

The Cyanide Studio-developed PC-exclusive launches on September 29, 2011.
