I've been reluctant because I mainly play my Xbox360 for gaming now, but I go back to my PC for some HoN and SC2. SC2 is playable, but with a lot of the settings off. I can crank it up but things get real choppy in high action... which is bad when you play multiplayer. So right now I play SC2 multiplayer with all the settings off. Makes it look terrible...
The game I'm really looking forward to is Diablo 3. If my PC can't even play SC2 with all the settings on, I'd hate to see what it looks like with Diablo 3.

Right now I've got: Core i7 920, Asus P6T Deluxe, 6GB RAM, and an OC'd 4850. None of that feels threatened at the moment, but a few big games this year like Crysis 2 could push me to upgrade my video card and maybe add 6GB more of RAM if the price is right (might as well).
