We know alcohol doesn't medicinally cure a cold so the benefit from a "hot toddy" must be the warm feeling it gives you, however that is a myth as I linked earlier (fact)
We know it has no actual medicinal value. (fact)
If it's being ingested in order to 'relax muscles' then surely we need a somewhat substantial amount, so now we're returning to it reducing your immune system (fact)
My anecdotal evidence, while factual for me is irrelivant, there's so many more facts that this is not good for you. It's an old wives tale
