We did an in-house competition today to do "Grace" which is 30 clean+jerks as fast as possible (the competition is to improve as much as possible in 8 weeks and whoever has the highest improvement wins the pot). Any of you dont Grace? What are your times?

And I'll agree that some crossfit trainers if not trained properly can do more harm than good if they have no idea what they're doing. Claiming that unfit people will go into crossfit and hurt themselves is a stupid claim because the whole point of crossfit is to scale the workouts to your level of fitness. The workouts you see on the main site maybe 2% of all crossfitters can do, so you scale them down to what you personally can do. The coach is exactly that: a coach. They teach how to do the movements properly so as not to cause injury.
Your claims are retarded and signify how ignorant you really are about CF. It's not for everyone, sure, but it does a damned good job (better than most) at getting people in shape and healthy using power lifting/olympic lifting that has been around for ages.
