The kind of people that bought the Wii as their only console won't be buying an Xbox, even if they add all of that kind of stuff, because they don't want another one. It's doubtful that they'll even by another console until their Wii breaks down or something many times better for the same/less price comes around.
Now, Microsoft will be able to grab those of that crowd who haven't already jumped on the Wii bandwagon, but they'll essentially have to have all the same A and B quality party games come out in order to prove being worth it.
What I don't think, is that this particular level of console gaming consumer is stupid (not all of them anyways). I just think they've got a different version of quality.
