So far, Nintendo has been very successful in selling hardware, although Microsoft has higher games-per-unit sales IIRC. But it's widely known that the Wii isn't a gaming powerhouse: it's eschewed high-definition because it claims to not need it, and its online gaming component doesn't begin to approach Xbox Live. So unless Nintendo hunkers down and is able to outflank Microsoft's Natal, I think they're gonna have a real problem once that hits the market. Especially if Microsoft is able to line up some platform-exclusives that effectively make use of its 3-D camera.
