If you want to be technical I guess, radial speed is speed in the plane of the radius which is zero in a spinning disc since nothing is moving towards or away the center of the disc.
Tangential speed varies with the radius.
Angular velocity (rotational velocity) is constant.
Unless you're saying the direction changes because you're talking about velocity, in which case I want to punch you.
