Star Wars Battlefront may be getting an offline mode soon

Instant Action for solo play or with a friend.

It has been a requested feature by fans for awhile, but it appears that Star Wars: Battlefront could finally get an offline Instant Action mode soon.

Reddit user uninspired_zebra found the mode hidden within the user interface from the just-released Bespin DLC, and posted a video and screenshots. Within the Instant Action mode are Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron, When clicking through Walker Assault, you can see at least seven maps, with three degrees of difficulty, and the ability to play solo or online co-op with a friend.

The menus appear fully fleshed out, with nothing that looks like placeholders. But publisher Electronic Arts has been mum about any additions coming to the game. Take it with a grain of salt, but based on user reactions, it better be real.

"It better be real" is right. If/when they do release this, I'll feel like the game has finally actually been released and up to now its just been a very effective tech-demo.

It is me,or is everything that they are doing for this game now just too little too late?

It isn't you, but it is still dumb.

The game is cheaper now, it has a good baseline community, and it is adding content. It is not too little too late unless you make all your entertainment decisions based on internet fads.
