Size matters with this week's new releases. "Huge" is the name of the game with the big release of the week, as the long-anticipated Evolve finally arrives on PC and consoles. Speaking of huge, what's that in the sky? It's a bird, it's a plane... no, actually, it's the moon, as Link meets the apocalypse in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D. And if hunting monsters is more of a handheld endeavor for you, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is landing on the 3DS/New 3DS this week. All this and more, as we get into what's coming up with the full list below.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

Evolve! At one point I was super excited for this game; now I'm waiting for reviews. What's the word? Is it going to be good?

That's my thought as well. It was just handled SO poorly, to be a blatantly obvious cashgrab... erm a "monetization strategy".

I bet it's 60-70% off during the summer sale.
I'll pick it up when they're not attempting to swindle me.

I think people are mad that the movie doesn't include behind the scenes stuff in the theater and not including the entire product so they're skipping it and just buying the DVD or something

Problem with waiting for that with this game type is that by that time nobody will be playing it, so the community won't be large enough to be able to consitantly find games. Or at least that's what has happened with similar things in the past.

I enjoyed the alpha a ton! Didn't played the beta though. I'll let you know what I think later this week!

This week is going to wreck me with a New 3DS and 3 copies of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Now to decide if I want to go further down the rabbit hole and pick up Majora's Mask too
