Battlefield 4 Dragon's Teeth expansion adding four maps and new game mode
EA and DICE have revealed some new details for Battlefield 4's upcoming Dragon's Teeth expansion, adding new maps, weapons, gadgets, and a new game mode.
EA and DICE has revealed some new details for Battlefield 4's next expansion, taking players deeper into the Asian Pacific. The previously-revealed Dragon's Teeth will add four new multiplayer maps all set in the eastern region, along with some new weapons, new gadgets, a new remote ground vehicle to annoy opponents with, and a new game mode.
The Dragon's Teeth expansion will add the Lumphini Garden, Pearl Market, Propaganda, and Sunken Dragon maps, each set in different Asian cities. Five new weapons will also be available, as well as a new R.A.W.R. vehicle that can be operated from a distance and comes armed with its own weaponry. It already looks to be an infuriating piece of work and you can check it out in action here.
The expansion will also feature a new Chain Link mode, which will see teams capturing points in a chain to progress forward. The game mode will include its own unlocks across ten assignments.
Dragon's Teeth will release later this summer, with Battlefield 4 Premium members getting it two weeks before everyone else. Brief footage can be seen in the video below, but look for a full-fledged trailer to arrive in the coming days.
