On September 18, both Xbox 360 and PS3 players will be able to get an early taste of Resident Evil 6--a game that failed to impress us at E3. Capcom notes that this will be a brand new demo, featuring "completely different content" from the demo released earlier this year for owners of the Xbox 360 version of Dragon's Dogma.

The demo will feature a sampling of each of the game's main campaigns, playable in either single or online multiplayer. Leon and Helena will be fighting their way through ivy University, while Jake and Sherry will have to fight off the J'avo in Lanshiang. Finally, Chris and Piers will fight alongside other BSAA agents to fight in Edonia to go against the three-story Ogroman.

Owners of the PS3 version of Dragon's Dogma will be able to download an additional demo on September 5th, featuring content previously released on Xbox 360.

sounds like it might be the demo build from Comicon. I played through the leon and jake sections and got a little ways into the chris section. The game seemed ok, I felt that melee might be a bit overpowered though that might have been for demo purposes. For what Capcom are attempting to do, it seems like a well build one of those. While this is the Resident Evil 6 we're going to get, I don't think this is the Resident Evil 6 that I really want. Revelations was a good step in the right direction.
