by Xav de Matos, Jan 19, 2012 6:30pm PSTThe first trailer for the Xbox Live Arcade version of Dungeon Fighter Online has been released. The game, which has been renamed Dungeon Fighter Live: Fall of Hendon Myre by new publisher Microsoft Studios, is scheduled to arrive "later this year."
Dungeon Fighters Live is based on the popular PC version of the game, simply titled Dungeon Fighter Online, which first launched in Korea in 2005 and eventually in North America five years later.
"Dungeon Fighter LIVE: Fall of Hendon Myre will provide the same familiar control system as the original game, but will be playable at 720P resolution," a press release detailed.
"'Dungeon & Fighter' is a 2-D massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) for the PC that currently has more than 300 million registered users worldwide and has a maximum concurrent user record of 2.6 million users playing at once in China," the press release noted.
Dungeon Fighters Live: Fall of Hendon Myre, is currently in development by the Korea-based outfit Neople--a subsidiary of Nexon, the publisher for the game's PC version.
