Deus Ex: Human Revolution spawns its own clothing line
by Xav de Matos, Aug 22, 2011 4:15pm PDTWith a lengthy game like Deus Ex: Human Revolution launching tomorrow, one would think the only required items for proper game enjoyment were chips and soda. Square Enix has just set the record straight. Today, online fashion retailer Musterbrand has revealed that a clothing line featuring accoutrement inspired by the Deus Ex prequel 'Human Revolution' universe is in the works.
The "standout" item--according to the press release--is a Adam Jensen's coat. "This slick trench, adorned with signature vented holes, and structured sleeves, is inspired by Deus Ex: Human Revolution's cyber-renaissance art direction," Musterbrand says.
A price is not mentioned; however, we're going to presume it's going to coat slightly less than most mechanical augmentations, though we cannot confirm that is the case.
The clothing line also features shirts and jeans inspired by some of the companies, events, and styles seen throughout the game.
Items are scheduled to go on sale tomorrow at the official Deus Ex online store.

Excited for Deus Ex: Human Revolution? Excited enough to buy a jacket and possibly a t-shirt? Good. There's a DXHR clothing line in the works to help feed your hunger...or at least warm it with silky threads.
