Red Dead Redemption pre-order DLC sold separately this week
by Alice O'Connor, Apr 11, 2011 7:00am PDTThe Red Dead Redemption in-game items that were offered as pre-order bonuses will be released separately as downloadable content, Rockstar has announced announced.
The fame-increasing Golden Guns Weapon Pack, Dead Eye-boosting Deadly Assassin Outfit and super equine The War Horse will be released on Tuesday, priced at 99ยข (80 Microsoft Points) apiece.
Rockstar apologises that it took so long to release the items separately, explaining that "there were some unanticipated technical delays."
The company also notes that L.A. Noire's pre-order bonuses, which range from items to whole new cases, will become available "much, much sooner."

I'm perfectly content to not play RDR, sure I'm missing out on a great game, but I'm voting with my wallet.
