My photoshop CS3 has just weirded out on me. Just started it up and for some reason it will *only* use the hand grab tool. nothing else will work. I can click on any icon as per normal, but it makes no difference, it's stuck on the hand grab. I've restarted CS3 (but not the pc) to no avail.
wtf? Is this a known problem? Used it for a long long time without even the slightest hiccup.
