For whatever reason, MS has decided to relegate the XBLIG section into an obscure corner of the dashboard with the latest update. XBLIG game results are not returned when you do a search under the games section and the Indie games are now listed under a "Specialty Shop" section instead of the "Games" like it was previously. What was already a very low traffic section of the dashboard that rarely made a profit for anyone involved has now been stuffed into a corner where it will probably become even more dreary.
Several shackers have games that have been released on XBLIG and more are currently in development. You would be doing a great service to your friendly neighborhood indie shacker devs if you logged into Microsoft Connect and bumped up this issue in their system:
https://connect.microsoft.com/site226/feedback/details/618834/xbox-live-indie-games-missing-from-games-category
Unfortunately you cannot see or vote on the issue until you register but if you already have a live or MSN account, it is very quick and easy to do so. Thanks friends!

of course there's going to be shit, that's the way an open development platform works. there has to be shit in order for there to be good things. everyone there are a bunch of fucking babies that want huge corporations to tell them what's good. I wonder if enough of them have enough brain cells to see the connection between CEOs like Kotick and their extreme apathy towards actual creativity and experimentation. I actually logged in to my extremely dormant kotaku account to (politely) tell a couple people off.
