We both run Intel CPU's with stock coolers, and ATI 48xx series GFX, also with stock.
We both have cases with a 250mm fan, so case-cooling is not a problem..
Anyone who can recommand heatsinks for CPU and ATI cards?
CPU heatsink should preferably fit on lag1366 and 775.

It looks big but it'll fit fine in any mid-tower case. And if the price worries you, keep in mind that it comes with $40 of high quality fans in the package. A standalone HSF like the TRUE will run you roughly the same price as the Noctua package, except that it comes without fans. The fact that the Noctua package performs within a percentage point as well the TRUE (with quiet fans) makes it kind of an amazing deal.
