That Windows + arrows key thing I swear by at home now, making my apps exactly 50% of the screen is so damned nice. Yes I am one of those evil 'always maximised' guys - but when it comes to doing work or something like that, the few applications which I don't prefer always maximised (notepad) I can now tile at 50% window size quickly and easily (incase you don't know about it, hold down the Win key and use the <- and -> cursor keys) Infact I find I use non maximised stuff far more often now that there's great control over it.
You know what I'd like even more (wonder if it could be hacked in?) would be "Win & <- ^" (so up and left) so it not only snaps to 50% of the left but makes it exactly 1/4 of the screen for example? That'd be pretty damned cool, how do I make that happen? Anyone?
Also the new start menu which searches through all my apps is hot (although I use launchy in the office to make up for it)
TLDR: Win 7 is pretty cool and I miss it at work and XP is dead to me :(
vista, worst of both worlds, lol

I've used it for years with Vista and now Win 7, and it works like a charm. You can customize the hotkeys to move windows around, even between monitors.
