This only seems to be happening for people using Microsoft Security Essentials, and in each case the alert is for "Exploit:HTML/IframeRef.gen", right?
Yesterday Microsoft updated their malware definitions for MSE, and included in that update is a new definition for that particular exploit. The new definition is apparently a bit more sensitive about what is considered a potential threat. This is mostly likely why MSE users suddently started getting these alerts. We are working to root out the problem and get it fixed.
Also, this is a different issue than those fake anti-virus redirects we were seeing a couple months ago. As far as I know we removed those, and they haven't shown up on the site since the attack in December.
In closing, someone please tell me about these NSFW ads...
