There's a bunch of water droplets between the display and plastic cover thingy. Should I open up the thing and wipe it off? It doesn't seem to like being opened, even with a couple of screws taken off it's just very resistant. Samsung sgh-x640.

But seriously, - if you have access to silica gel, - drop the phone in an enclosed box with some for an hour or two, - should suck the moisture right out of it.
If there's moisture on the front, - it's a fair bet that there's moisture elsewhere. Silica gel may help.
