I did this:
http://thekidd.shackspace.com/shack/TF2/tf2.html
Revised version of my TF2 guide with a ton more usable information, and took out everything that hasn't been an issue since the beta. I tried to put in a lot of general tips, so that when people new to the game read it, they didn't feel like they had to learn a whole lot of crap before they could jump in and play. I also added a lot of advanced stuff, so that even veterans could read the writeup and learn something new.
The most important thing I added was videos of specific tips. Originally what I thought about doing as making one long team fortress 2 movie, detailing all the tips and tricks available to the classes and maps. But after thinking about it, I was afraid such a thing would be just took big of a project, and considering how fast new things are discovered, would require constant work. Thus, going back to a .html guide but adding embeded videos worked best. Not every tip required a video, but some that did haven't had a video made for them yet.
Finally, you'll notice relevant shack information at the top, including a list of known servers, and what to do if you don't know the password for them.
