I really don't see how anyone could argue against higher resolutions coupled with the precision of a KB and mouse. The 360 looks amazing, doesn't cost the price of a high end PC, but none of that changes the point. Hell, I'll end up playing it on 360 most likely cuz I have a shitty ati card.

The mouse + kbd argument is dead, imo. It simply doesn't matter and only a small number of people bitch about it. The world at large doesn't matter (see console game sales numbers vs PC). It's a dead issue and a non-issue.
Halo 3 will outsell any PC shooter, other than possibly a Half-Life game, by millions of units.
The debate is really over. It's simply what you shooce to buy. There is no 'better', only personal preferance.
The only areas the PC really win in, are in mmo's and competitive multiplayer, where the mouse+kbd really matter. And in times like this when hardware surpasses the consoles....but....this is a big but....most devs still develop for console first and as the lowest denominator, so it's ulkiley your beefed up pc will be able to do much more than run at a higher res. I'd rather have 1280x720 on a 60'' screen on a couch, than 1600x1200 on my 22'' lcd at my desk, but that's just me.
