God that's depressing. I've never been this heavy. I was 185 at the peak of my Atkins weight loss back in 2004. (5'11", btw). I guess its time to give up the shit that I've been eating and go a little healthier, and also start getting some exercise. I already gave up soda back on New Years, so I don't have to worry about that, just start getting my calories back under control. I know that I'm not going to lose it all at once, so I need to start making small changes at first or else I'll never be able to lose it.
Any suggestions from people in similar situations?
