Yesterday, after much procrastination, I completed another project. I have to say, aside from a few hitches, I'm completely satisfied with this, and it turned out almost exactly how I envisioned when I started.
For those at work, I've uploaded a YouTube video here:

I don't want to George Lucas this post up but the footage moves so fast, you can't tell what is going on, so please don't watch the YouTube version unless you have no other choice.
Please, if you can, watch the full .wmv version:

Not only that, but if you can please watch it in full screen using headphones. Some of the syncing I've done has been rather painstaking, and so the music plays a HUGE part in the over all effectiveness of this video. Some of the video footage moves so fast that full screen will be much more effective. Input, comments and criticism is all welcome, because this video was roughly ten hours of work, and I'm pretty happy with the result.
In reply, I'm posting information about how to play these "ladder.pk3" maps (shown in the video), and how to do some of those awesome moves you see as well. This also includes links to download the actual maps.
Programs used:
FRAPS
Virtual Dub (to dice up the long video clips)
Sony Vegas Video 7.0
