343 Industries continues to pump out the content for Halo 5: Guardians, with the latest free DLC, Memories of Reach, due out soon. As a tease, the developer has released the list of REQs that will be available as well as details on the new Infection game mode.

In a blog update on Halo Waypoint, Halo community maven Andy "Bravo" Dudynsky reveals many of the medals and criteria coming with the new zombie Infection mode. Players will need to kill lots of zombies, infect survivors and just survive the apocalypse. And if you have the guts, you can try to assassinate a zombie or kill one when all your weapons are empty.

In addition to the new mode, there will be a ton of new REQs available, from armor, to weapons and even special kill moves. The update will also include an array of game tweaks and bug fixes.

The Halo team will have a livestream on Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT to unveil all the goodies, including the new multiplayer arena map, Stasis. Hopefully, they will announce the release date for the DLC during the stream.

The last free DLC was Ghost of Meridian, released last month. And if you are only interested in the single-player, you will be happy to know they also nerfed the Warden boss fight as well.
