Even months after Dragon Age: Inquisition took several Game of the Year honors (including from Shacknews), content continues to roll out. Today at PAX Prime, Electronic Arts and BioWare announced the final piece of DLC to hit the game, titled "Trespasser."

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Trespasser will act as an epilogue to the main Inquisition story. It'll be set two years after the events of the main story, revealing what happens to world-saving heroes when the world is already saved. There is a threat looming, however, which may call these heroes back into action one last time. Because of the DLC's setting, this will actually require players to have finished the main Inquisition story before they can access it.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

Haven't played this yet, is DAI a steaming pile of shit like DA2, or is it more like DAO? (Or is it just some console whore pandering to the lowest common denomination)

If you liked DA2, your opinion won't really count, so please, only someone who loved DAO, BG2, Torment, etc.

It's very good, but not quite great. It's very big and beautiful and your party members are well written and acted. The combat and the skill trees are both a bit shallow, but the game is still challenging if you turn up the difficult (highly recommended that you do) and there are many filler side quests (collect this, kill that, etc.), but you can pass over those and focus on the story bits if you tire of them. If you get it, just don't fall into the trap of staying in the Hinterlands for 20 hours. Move on when you get the chance and come back when you feel like it.

I loved Inquisition. I strayed a little when Witcher 3 came, but I never forgot you. I'll be there with cash in hand.
