Heroes of the Storm is set to launch tomorrow, but Blizzard isn't about to wait until then to show off what's going down. The publisher is set to hold a live stream event at 12:30PM today, showing off some of the game's newest content. The most interesting item, however, looks to be a new hero.

The live steam page on YouTube notes that Heroes of the storm game director Dustin Browder and senior 3D artists Phill Gonzales and Luke Mancini will be providing a look at the game. However, the description also notes an exclusive look at a new character, Johanna the Crusader from Diablo III.

The live stream festivities will begin at 12:30PM and you can catch the whole thing below.

Update: The stream has ended, so here's the archive. We've also added the official Johanna trailer.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
