Life is Strange explores 'Chaos Theory' next week

There are a lot of questions following the first two episodes of Life is Strange. The answers may start coming with the third episode, set to release next week.

Without spoiling the previous episode's major plot twist, Life is Strange has gotten into some truly dark territory. On top of that, Rachel Amber is still missing, Nathan Prescott is still looming in the background, and... oh, right... there's a tornado heading towards Arcadia Bay! Followers of the story won't have to wait much longer to find out what's next, as Square Enix has revealed that the game's third episode will arrive next week.

'Chaos Theory' will further delve into the investigation of Rachel Amber's disappearance. To get the answers they're seeking, Max and Chloe will break into Blackwell Academy after hours, where Max will see her powers expand further. Not much more has been divulged, plot-wise, but look for additional follow-up on several lingering plot points, like the proposal for draconian campus security, Chloe's drug debt, and of course, the major twist from the last episode.

It appears that Square and Dontnot Entertainment are looking to address all of the burning questions that followed 'Out of Time.' Life is Strange will continue its story on May 19.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
