Dying Light: World 1-1 Easter Egg, and the Pyza Blueprint (Hidden Blueprint)

Techland takes us on a journal into our childhood, but don't worry we brought a map.

I’ve already shown you how to find several different things like guns, hidden blueprints, and even the locations of all 13 of the Battle Journals in The Slums district. But what if I told you I was about to take you back in time to a world of years long passed?

Remember the joy of World 1-1 and how refreshing it was to take your first step into the world of Mario? Techland sure does, and today I’m going to take you on a step by step guide so you can relive the days of your youth, and even pick up a flying squirrel suit while you’re there. No, I’m not kidding.

First things first head over the Old Town, if you haven’t unlocked it yet don’t worry… just keep playing and when you unlock Old Town come back to this guide.

Once you’re in Old Town you’ll want to head to the Southwestern-most corner of the map to a building which looks quite similar to an “L”.

Once you’re there, and on top off the roof, locate a chimney with a familiar looking green pipe stick out of it.

Climb on the chimney, look down at the pipe, and then hold the interaction button to complete the action on the screen.

Once you’ve removed the plug in the pipe, and the smoke has cleared, interact with it once more to load into World 1-1.

Once inside it’s important to not fall off of the edge into the water as it will restart you at the beginning.

Move through the level, hitting Goomba zombies, and climb over the green pipes until you reach the first gap in the wooden blocks under your feet. Now turn back around and count move to the last green pipe you jumped off of. Put your back to it and count out 7 blocks from it, then jump to activate a hidden pink block. Climb on top of the block to find the Pyza Suit (it’s really just a fancy name for the squirrel suit).

Once you've picked up the blueprint simply head through the level to the end (don't forget to slide down the flagpole) and complete the little mini-area for some extra experience points.

This item takes 10 Guaze, 10 Duct Tape, 10 String, and 10 Alcohol to craft. The means of getting this item, however, is a priceless jump back into the history of gaming.

I've played in co-op with my gf and its been great so far. We've put in something like 15 hours and are only 30 percent through the story apparently!

Seems like it'd be great. My wife can't handle the gore.

That's understandable, it gets a little gory, and a bit disturbing throughout the story.

I don't get why people dump on these articles. I've been playing Dying Light a lot and I've learned new stuff from almost all of them.

will deff. be taking advantage of this.

Im surprised by how much im getting into Dying Light. So far its become more enjoyable the more i play as opposed to many games of this type that tend to get too easy and repetitive the stronger you become.

that nightfall man... takes everything i got. Finally got a few Watch_Dog esc "stop light" traps n such i can use.

Oh yeah, nighttime is scary. I still remember when I first picked up the bolter mission and I spent like 3 real life days running around completing side quests and just murdering zombies because everytime I'd try to go kill that damned bolter I'd panzy out halfway over the safe zone fence when I saw one of those uglies.
