Bloodborne TGS trailer confirms February 6 release date

Sony's pre-TGS press conference pointed to a February 5 release date in Japan for Bloodborne. The latest trailer shows that North American audiences will only need to wait another day.

Bloodborne looks to continue the From Software tradition of exploration and constant death alive. More footage was revealed at this year's Tokyo Game Show and it looks to be everything a 'Souls' fan has come to expect from the makers of their favorite series. Best of all, it'll only take a single day for the game to make the jump from Japan to North America, with a February 6 release officially cemented.

The newest trailer shows some of the game's environments, as well as the horrific creatures that will be lurking around every corner. As noted by our hands-on at PAX, Bloodborne will also feature heavy customization and the ability to use transformation skills to expand your attacks.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I'm hoping they'll do that with Demon Souls. As I never owned a PS3 its the only way I'll get to play it.

Souls megapack, Demons, Dark, Dark 2 all HD-ified, for $60 (honestly though,...... I'd be happy with just Dark, the other 2 don't interest me)
