Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 DLC season begins next week on PS3 and PC
by Andrew Yoon, Jan 14, 2013 2:30pm PSTHuzzah! In case that extra $50 you had in your wallet was weighing you down, you'll finally be able to cast away such burden by buying a DLC season pass for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
Whereas Xbox 360 players have been enjoying Nuketown Zombies for over a month already, PS3 and PC players will finally be able to download the bonus map next week, January 17th, Activision announced on Twitter. This bonus map comes in addition to the four other DLC map packs you can pre-pay for with the season pass.
The month-long staggered release continues Activision's exclusivity contract with Microsoft. While PC and PS3 players will get their hands on the new zombie map, Xbox 360 players will get the first real map pack on January 29th. Presumably, PC and PS3 players will have to wait until March for the same privilege.
