Nuketown 2025 and the return of those creepy mannequins
by Andrew Yoon, Nov 01, 2012 12:00pm PDTIf you haven't heard, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 includes a remade version of the popular Nuketown map--only if you pre-order the game. Nuketown 2025 is a launch-day bonus for all that reserve the game, in addition to an exclusive double XP weekend.
Whereas the original map went for a 1950s vibe, the updated map brings Nuketown all the way to the... 1960s. It won't be an exact clone of the previous map, but those creepy mannequins are back. We wouldn't be surprised if Treyarch managed to hide even more easter eggs into this version of the map, as well.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will be available on November 13 on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The Wii U version will be available on November 18. For more on the multiplayer, read our hands-on preview.
