Borderlands Legends teased for iOS
by John Keefer, Oct 22, 2012 8:15am PDTIf you haven't been able to get enough playtime in Pandora, you should be able to start playing the a new title featuring the original Borderlands crew for your mobile iOS devices sometime this month, according to an ad in a digital guide for Borderlands 2.
Titled Borderlands Legends, the game for iPhone and iPad will allow players to play the original characters of Roland, Lilith, Mordecai or Brick through randomized missions. It was spotted in the guide by a poster on the Gearbox forums. Other features for the app include in-game currency to purchase new weapons, a strategic cover system, a Fight for Your Life mode, and new abilities and skills as characters level up.
The game has not been officially announced, but we reached out to 2K for comment. We'll update if they make it official.
