by John Keefer, Jul 16, 2012 10:30am PDTRemember when Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two was first announced and the musical numbers in the game were played up, much to the chagrin of developer Warren Spector? Well, publisher Disney Interactive has finally released the opening cinematic sequence that caused Spector to gush about the musical aspects of the game at the preview event.
The video shows the Mad Doctor returning to Wasteland seeking forgiveness for past misdeeds and a second chance. It is definitely a catchy tune reminiscent of Disney animated films. Epic Mickey 2 will be released on PC, Mac, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii on November 18. A separate game, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, is being developed by Dreamrift for 3DS.
