There are a handful of campaign fixes in the patch notes, but mostly it's ME3's multiplayer being whipped into shape. You'll find fixes for getting stuck in certain places, a memory leak, wonky weapons, bugged enemies, and more.
Also due to arrive today is the free Rebellion Pack DLC, which adds new maps, weapons and characters to multiplayer. The much-requested single-player DLC to expand Mass Effect 3's ending, the Extended Cut is due later this summer.
