Ubisoft recommends gamepad for Assassin's Creed 3 PC

"We're definitely supporting PC, we love PC, but I think it'll be PC with a controller," creative director Alex Hutchinson told GameSpy. "I don't see us investing hugely in a mouse and keyboard setup. I think if you want to play on PC and you want to play Assassin's Creed, you have a controller."
The sentiment doesn't sound too different from the effort put into PC versions of previous Assassin's Creed games. They've let you play with M/KB, but weren't quite designed for it. AC3 looks to be a similar experience, so don't hold out hope that this will be the game that nails the PC control set-up.

I don't think there is any game designed for a gamepad that cannot be enjoyed to its full potential on a M+KB. I don't think a game exists that is objectively better played on a gamepad than on a M+KB.
