No plans for Dark Souls DLC

From Software's spiritual successor to Demon's Souls is intended to be a complete and static package, publisher Namco Bandai said in a Gamescom presentation attended by IGN. So no, no DLC.
Your masochistic side will have to make do with the copious amounts of pain and suffering included in the box when Dark Souls arrives for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 4.
