Nintendo adds four more value-priced 'Selects'
by Steve Watts, Aug 16, 2011 9:00am PDTNintendo has announced four more additions to its Nintendo Selects line, the $20 bargain packaging for best-selling Wii games. The new line-up includes Super Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario, Mario Strikers Charged, and Punch-Out. Each will retail for $19.99 starting on August 28.
The Selects line can be spotted by its red packaging, and was introduced in May. That initial crop included The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Mario Super Sluggers, and Wii Sports.
Now that both Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy are included, you can get two of the three top-rated Wii games for 20 bucks a pop. Super Mario Galaxy 2 would round out the set, but you know what they say about patience.
