My RC 7100 copy expires soon
My GF is a college student and i see i can get a win 7 for 80$ on http://www.win741.com/
I do not own any official windows OS's
Will the student version be able to do a clean install without previously owning WINs? or is it just an upgrade?
Also win 7 premium doesnt have some xp support thing... will i not be able to run some older steam games that worked in the RC version?
i really would like to not spend 200$ on an os that comes free on 300$ systems (can i buy a crappy 300$ system and use the win 7 on my good desktop and put linux on the shetbox?)
any help would be great, my 7 expires soon!
