Because, WarskullX, one of our teammates just got banned for... constructive criticism. There's a thread up about refunds, he posted on-topic with his opinion, in his usual professional demeanor, and got "refunded" out of the game.
If you look at his posts he's one of the most constructive participants on this forum - like the recent thread about helm balancing in multiplayer. Nothing but professionalism and objective contribution. We also played together since buying the game in beta, on an almost daily basis especially in the past few weeks as connection improved.
In reply to one of the employee posts: We do experience disconnects, my favor was still bugged as of Wednesday night, and there is a lack of recognition for many such issues - even with the weekly journals and all your efforts at communication.
Brad decided to terminate a person's account based on one post he found offensive. You can call that post harsh, and strongly disagree with his opinion - but there was no rule breaking involved in posting it. You have moderating procedures to deal with such things.
