If MS would just support mouse+keyboard there would be no real reason to play on anything else than a 360 unless you are totally obsessed with high resolutions and all the newest and funkiest stuff.
I've spend a lot of money on "all the funkiest stuff" over the years, but have come to realize that when you play a really great game, most of the time, you forget about how it looks and how it sounds ... you just play it because it's so much fun ... and the graphics and sound support the game play well. Whether it's 1280*1024 or 1600*1200 makes no difference to me.
No mistakes. I love good graphics and sound, but Doom-3 eg. amazing state of the art graphics ... and (in my opinion) an awfull game play.
