How To Get The PUBG Gamescom Invitational Crate

There are two ways to obtain the Gamescom Invitational Crate. The first is to buy it on the Steam Community Market. The second is to obtain the crate in-game by spending your BP points. The current prices for the crates are listed below:

  • 1st Crate: 1,200 BP
  • 2nd Crate: 2,400 BP
  • 3rd Crate: 4,800 BP
  • 4th Crate: 7,200 BP
  • 5th Crate: 9,600 BP
  • 6th Crate: 12,000 BP

You can buy a maximum of 6 crates per week using BP points and the prices for the crates reset once a week (currently on Sundays). The crates will no longer be available upon the completion of Gamescom on August 27th. The only way to obtain the crate beyond this point will be to buy it on the Steam Community Market.

Once you have the crate, you must purchase a key in-game to open it. The keys sell for $2.50 each and may be used one time. While the crates will be unavailable to obtain in-game beyond August 27th, the keys to open them will still be purchasable.

Proceeds from the sale of the Gamescom Invitational Crate keys go directly towards funding of the tournament itself and for providing a prize pool for the top finishers at the tournament, Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from the key sale will support a selection of charities.
