Dragon Ball Fighter Z Roster Adds Future Trunks

We've gotten a look at many of the characters that will be coming to Dragon Ball Fighter Z, but it looks like fan-favorite Future Trunks will be making an appearance as well, according to Japanese magazine Jump.

A new spread reveals the purple-haired, alternate-timeline, half-Saiyan fighter joining Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and other Z fighters in the game (via a translation from Siliconera). We don't know anything about how he will play in the 3v3 fighter, but with the reveal, it is likely that Bandai Namco and developer Arc System Works might let a few more details out soon.

In addition, the article reveals that a closed beta is being planned, again with more info coming later.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is expected out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in early 2018. Check out our E3 interview on the game below:
