Destiny 2 Update 2.91 patch notes - Three cheers for Raid farming

Published , by TJ Denzer

With Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals underway, there’s plenty of good new and upcoming content to be found in the game, but that doesn’t keep Bungie from trying to improve on what was already there. A new set of patch notes have dropped and they have some very interesting details in them when it comes to gathering goodies throughout a number of the raids. It would appear that it’s a good time for farmable raids if you’re looking to gather unique Exotic equipment, and we’ve got the patch notes detailing it all for Destiny 2 Update 2.91.

Destiny 2 Update 2.91 patch notes

If ever there was a time to farm Destiny 2 Raids and hunt Exotics like the Anarchy from the Scourge of the Past, now is arguably that time.

Destiny 2 Update 2.91 and its patch notes dropped via the Destiny game website on July 7, 2020. Coming in alongside the reveal of Moments of Triumph for the Season of Arrivals, the latest update has a wealth of changes and tweaks, perhaps one of the most important of which is the removal of weekly reward limits on key raids like Leviathan, Eater of Worlds, and Spire of Stars to name a few. That means you’re not capped by how many gear rewards you can earn from playing these Raids for the time being. These raids are… essentially farmable raids for the time being. You can check out this and other details in the full set of notes below.

Bungie can be fickle about what it gives and takes from Destiny 2 players, so we’d argue if there was ever a time to work on your Raid rewards, now is the time to farm those Raids.
