According to the site StickSkills, the new issue of the Official Xbox Magazine (OXM) includes details about a new squad-based Resident Evil title in the works by Slant Six Games, the developers behind SOCOM: Confrontation. (via Joystiq)

The OXM issue in question isn't officially supposed to hit newsstands until April 5, StickSkills apparently snagged a copy from an outlet with a propensity for selling new issues before the street date.
