The Remedy Entertainment mobile racer Death Rally has hit Steam today, complete with a graphical overhaul and other improvements. It's available now for $9.99, but you can grab it for $8.49 through August 10.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare coming to PC on May 22

It took nearly two years for PC gamers to get a proper port of Remedy Entertainment's horror action game, Alan Wake. Thankfully, fans won't have to wait long for the second entry in the series. Alan Wake's American Nightmare is coming to PC later this month.

American Nightmare--while not "Alan Wake 2"--picks up the story after the events of the first game. While it will expand upon the fate of Mr. Wake, expect a heavier emphasis on action, as the game began its life as a "survival mode" for the original.

Alan Wake 2 would be 'much quicker' than first game, says Remedy

Remedy Entertainment hasn't announced a full sequel to Alan Wake, but suggests that if one does come it won't take nearly as long as the original, and it will probably stay exclusive to the Xbox 360. The developer says that its experience using the tools to make Alan Wake's American Nightmare has proven they can turn a game around in a shorter time-frame.

If you had any concerns that Alan Wake would hang up his flashlight after American Nightmare, fear not. Remedy Entertainment CEO Matias Myllyrinne says that while the studio is still unsure what its next game will be, they'll "certainly continue" with the series.

Alan Wake coming to PC February 16

Alan Wake is heading to PC starting on February 16, Remedy Entertainment has announced. The game will hit Steam first on February 16, and then come to other channels (like Origin) soon afterward. Boxed retail versions will be coming soon as well.

Origin signs on seven more publishers

EA's Origin distribution service has been busy signing on even more third-party publishers to distribute through the channel. The company has now announced an additional seven publishers, including Remedy Entertainment of Alan Wake fame. Remedy will be bringing the title to Origin as part of the deal.
