During the EA Studio Showcase, famed-developer American McGee took the stage to officially reveal the previously announced sequel to the cult-hit American McGee's Alice. Now branded Alice: Madness Returns, the twisted sequel is currently in development by American McGee's start-up studio (and developer of the episodic Grimm series) Spicy Horse Games and will be published as part of the EA Partners program for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2011.

EA Sports announced the next entry in its professional boxing Fight Night series will arrive in 2011. Currently in development at EA Canada, Fight Night Champion, aims to up the ante with improved visuals and a re-imagined single player campaign.
Player locomotion, stamina, and punching mechanics will all reportedly benefit from an improved physics-based animation system. A new control scheme called "Full Spectrum Punch Control" intends to deliver "the most realistic punching system ever seen in a simulation fighting game."
